Magical Weirdo Creatures of the Northlands – a livestream archive

This was a show commissioned by the excellent Norway House in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a sequel to the very successful Norse mythology show the previous month. It became a livestream, co-presented by Monster Science and Norway House, on twitch.tv/ReverendMatt!

The forests of Scandinavia, we once were told, hid all manner of bizarre entities – fairies and water horses and giants and more besides. A fascinating, hilarious talk on the supernatural creatures of post-norse Scandinavian folklore, and the hopes and fears and other, more confusing emotions they represented!
